When the global economy shut down over two months ago, we all knew it would be painful - what we didn't realize is just how deep the impact would be; a key point we're still grappling with.
Beyond an initial defensive posture by may leaders, we'd submit an offensive one is required. This offensive approach takes a different leadership mindset that understands Covid-19 will be with us for some time, that we have to get demand back, and those with entrepreneurial thinking and organizational structure will absolutely set themselves apart from their competitive peers.
